Clinic Closure Notice – August 20
The Boston and Grafton Occupational Health clinics will be closed on Thursday, August 20, for staff training.
The Medford clinic will remain open during its regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Important Message for Faculty and Staff
If you provide patient-facing services and need to upload your vaccine record to Occupational Health Services for review, please submit your record through the portal.
If you are unsure what vaccines you need to submit or whether you are required to submit your vaccine record, please review Tufts University Occupational Health Services (OHS) and Student Health Services (SHS), Health Care Staff (HCS) Immunization and Screening Policy.
