Tufts University Occupational Health Services helps you stay healthy and safe at work. Whether you need immunization records, job-specific health clearances, or guidance on workplace wellness, we’re here to support you.

Log in to the Employee Health Portal to view your health tasks, send secure messages to OHS clinicians, upload records, and access forms and resources—all in one place

This secure online portal is available to all Tufts employees. It gives you direct access to your occupational health information, records, and job‑related health requirements—no paper forms, no downloading and scanning, no back‑and‑forth email.

Through the portal, you can:

  • View and complete job-specific health tasks and questionnaires
  • Access your immunization history
  • Send and receive secure messages with OHS clinicians
  • Upload required documentation
  • Find OHS forms, handouts, and workplace health resources
  • Request that OHS release your records to your personal provider

The portal is part of our new electronic health system designed specifically for occupational health. You may see the term “Enterprise Health” in some places—it simply refers to the electronic system we use. You don’t need to take any action related to it.

  • The Employee Health Portal is Tufts’ secure online system for managing your occupational health requirements. It allows you to view tasks, complete required questionnaires, upload records, and communicate with Occupational Health Services (OHS). It is part of the electronic health system OHS uses to support workplace health and safety.

    • Visit the OHS Employee Portal
    • Log in using your Tufts ID
    • If you don't remember your login information, contact Tufts University Technology Services (TTS) help desk at it@tufts.edu or 617-627-3376

  • The portal allows you to:

    • Complete required health questionnaires ( e.g., OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire)
    • Upload your immunization records
    • View your immunization history stored in the OHS medical record
    • Send and receive secure messages with OHS clinicians
    • Access your lab test results, work status updates, and respirator clearance details
    • Review job-specific health requirements and OHS forms or handouts

  • Easy access to health tasks

    You can conveniently access health questionnaires and upload required immunization records through the portal. This replaces the paper forms that needed to be downloaded, scanned, and emailed.

    The portal sends notifications about upcoming or overdue tasks helping you stay on top of your workplace health requirements.

    You can view current and past work status reports without needing to contact OHS separately.
