Employee Portal (Enterprise Health)

Tufts Occupational Health Services (OHS) has engaged Enterprise Health to implement a new information system designed to manage medical information for work-related health requirements. It is an online platform for employees (Employee Portal) to view and complete their workplace health requirements.

The portal includes a variety of features, such as the ability for employees to:

• Complete and submit health surveillance questionnaires such as the OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire
• Upload your immunization records
• Send and receive messages with occupational health providers
• View your own immunization records, work status reports, and respirator information

Employees can conveniently access health questionnaires and upload required immunization records through the portal.  This replaces the paper forms that needed to be downloaded, scanned, and emailed.
